“I just had my second visit at West Washington Dentistry after not seeing a dentist for two years, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The office environment is warm, spotless, and genuinely friendly from the moment you walk in. The Intake Coordinator, “Marvelous Mari,” is kind, welcoming, and always has a smile on her face. She immediately puts you at ease. I also truly enjoyed the dynamic between Dr. Nancy “The Needle Whisperer” and her assistant, “Rebecca Brightsmile.” If you’re lucky, you may even hear Ms. Brightsmile happily la-de-da-ing while she prepares the room for the doctor — it adds such a cheerful touch to the visit. The anesthesia process was a breeze. Over two visits, I had a deep cleaning and a couple of teeth bonded. Dr. Nancy was thorough, attentive, and fully present throughout the process. She answered all of my questions and genuinely cared about making sure my tongue wasn’t irritated by any of the dental work afterward. I was incredibly grateful for that level of care and attention to detail.
